Quantum Metals is committed to operating in an environmentally responsible manner. Continuous monitoring programs are in place as we do everything to meet or exceed local, state, and federal laws.
We minimize our environmental impact by use of non traditional energy efficient equipment and processes. Quantum stores and handles material inside the 100,000 square foot facility. A high bay was constructed for dump trucks to unload in a protected environment and a shelter was added for open top roll off boxes to be protected.
Quantum Metal's focus has been and will continue to be on producing a high-quality product with a minimal carbon footprint. A Clean Charge certification can be provided as desired.
We stay current on safety and environmental updates through regularly attending conferences, subscriptions, and memberships in the local Chamber and Institute of Scrap Recycling Industry (ISRI). More information about ISRI can be found at https://www.isri.org/
