To ensure efficiency and accuracy all material is immediately scaled and recorded. Our real time inventory system provides accurate, detailed information instantaneously. From start to finish we are able to see the status of each load.

Quantum Metals ensures that the quality of all products both in and outbound are top notch. There is a true segregation of material by customer, by alloy, and by shipment. There is no carry over from one batch to the next while the loads are being verified in house that they meet our specifications. Outbound material is tested for alloy purity, moisture content, and contaminants before leaving our facility. 

Load chemistries are available as requested. 

The lab at Quantum contains a wide variety of equipment such as:

We understand that each of our customers have unique handling needs that call for special packaging that we can provide. Shipments can be delivered in various forms such as in Super Sacks, steel bins, loose in trailers, and more.
